Resource Management​​

Performs resource planning activities in support of production and management. Responsibilities include inventory management, invoicing/billing, running payroll, preparing documented information, and customer relations. Employees are required to have strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Employees re required to be sensitive to confidential matters. Performs related duties as assigned.

Reports to: Management

Quality Unit​

Drafts, reviews, and/or approves quality policies. Interprets and implementsquality standards. Evaluates adequacy of quality standards. Devises samplingprocedures and directions for recording and reporting quality, documentedinformation. Reviews the implementation and efficiency of quality andinspection systems. Plans, conducts and monitors testing and inspection ofmaterials and products to ensure finished product quality. Performs anddocuments internal audits and other quality assurance activities. Investigatesnon-conforming issues and complaints. Analyzes quality information toidentify areas for improvement. Develops, recommends and monitorscorrective and preventive actions. Identifies training needs and organizestraining interventions to meet quality standards. Coordinates and supportson-site audits conducted by external providers. Coordinates and conducts,when necessary, vendor audits. Evaluates those findings and implementsappropriate corrective and preventive actions. Monitors risk managementactivities. Oversees the implementation and usage of documentedmanagement systems. Assures on-going compliance with quality and industryregulatory requirements. Maintains labware by picking-up, cleaning, washing,and distributing. Keeps laboratory supplies ready. Keeps equipment inoperational condition. Maintains metrology equipment in accordance withcalibration schedules, and maintenance schedules. Ensures products arewithin specification, through in-process inspections/testing and releasetesting, and manufacturing processes comply with applicable StandardOperating Procedures, Work Instructions and regulations. Performs relatedduties as assigned.

Reports to: CQO or General Manager

Production Manager​

Performs resource planning activities in support of production and management. Responsibilities include inventory management, purchasing, running payroll, preparing documented information, production planning, and customer relations. Employees are required to have strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Employees re required to be sensitive to confidential matters. Performs related duties as assigned.Reports to: Management

Production Planner/Scheduler​

Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors the flow of products through the complete production cycle. Provides timely planning and scheduling of manufacturing work orders to the manufacturing floor in order to achieve both internal financial goals and customer delivery dates.
 

Accountabilities:

  • Review open sales orders to determine customer requirements

  • Coordinate delivery of parts to expedite flow of material to meet production schedule

  • Support purchasing

  • Expedite suppliers purchase orders if required

  • Utilize ERP system to auto‐generate manufacturing work orders

  • Release manufacturing work orders to the warehouse for kit picking

  • Coordinate between warehouse and purchasing on material shortages

  • Notify Sales of any schedule impacts to customers

  • Coordinate/expedite manufacturing builds to ensure schedules are achieved

  • Completes status reports, such as production progress, customer information and materials inventory

  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

  • Performs other duties as required
     

Requirements:
 

  • Production and Processing – Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

  • Ability to interact well with internal and external customers.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.

  • Proficient use of computer systems and software applications.

  • In‐depth knowledge of ERP or MRP software preferred.

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 5 years production planning experience in a related industry

Machine Operator​

Tasks:
 

  • Work with computer-controlled equipment and mechanically based machines.

  • Ensure designated equipment is functioning properly and is properly maintained and cleaned.

  • Ensure work areas are clean, sanitary, free from clutter, and stocked for production.

  • Specializes on one machine but may be cross trained as needed.

  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. and stand, walk, and bend throughout the required shift.

  • Complies with applicable Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and regulations. Performs related duties as assigned.


Skills:
 

  • General math, reading, and problem solving. Experience with fractions and reading of tape measure is helpful.

  • High level of attention to detail and stamina.

  • Must be reliable and punctual.
     

Reports to: Production Manager

Head Coating Operator/Coating Operations Supervisor​

Knowledge:
 

  • Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.

  • Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

  • Education and Training — Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups.

  • Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, and maintenance.

  • Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and their applications.

 

Skills:
 

  • Monitoring — Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself and other individuals to make improvements or take corrective action.

Executive Assistant​

Performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities include screening calls, managing calendars, making travel, meeting and event arrangements, preparing documented information, training and supervising other office staff, and customer relations. Employees are required to have strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Employees re required to be sensitive to confidential matters. Performs related duties as assigned.

Administrative Assistant

Performs administrative duties and general office work. 

Responsibilities include:
